Still — Contemplative Prayer
Last updated: June 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Proia Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Still mobile application and the website at stillprayer.app (together, the "App"). Still is a contemplative prayer application. We have tried to keep our data practices minimal and to be plain about them here.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

The App is operated by Proia Digital LLC, a limited liability company based in the United States. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at admin@stillprayer.app.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely stored password, handled through our authentication provider. We use this to sign you in, keep your settings and history with your account, and contact you about your account if needed.

Content you create

The App lets you write reflections, journal entries, prayer intentions, and similar personal content. Much of this is stored locally on your device. Some content and preferences are synced to our database so they are available to your account and, where you use AI features, so the App can offer continuity between sessions.

AI conversation content

When you use the App's AI-assisted voices, the text you submit is sent to our servers and to our AI provider in order to generate a response. To provide continuity, the App may retain a summary of your exchanges associated with your account. You can use much of the App without these features.

Audio (text-to-speech)

If you choose to hear a reflection spoken aloud, the relevant text is sent to our audio service and our text-to-speech provider to generate audio. Generated audio may be cached so that identical text does not need to be regenerated.

Community feature

If you participate in the App's community question, your written response is stored and may be shown anonymously to other users. Community responses are not associated with your name or a public username; they are linked only to an app-generated device identifier for the purpose of preventing duplicate submissions and moderation. Do not include personal or identifying information in community responses.

Purchases

If you make a purchase (a subscription or audio credit), the payment itself is processed by Apple (for in-app purchases) or by our payment processor (for web purchases). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We do store your subscription status and audio-credit balance so the App can deliver what you have purchased.

Notifications

If you enable notifications (for example, the prayer-hour bells), we use a push notification provider to deliver them. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Usage and device information

We collect limited, app-generated information to operate and improve the App, including an app-generated device identifier and basic, non-precise usage events (such as which features are opened). We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or your device's advertising identifier, and we do not use the App for third-party advertising.

3. How We Use Information

5. Data Retention

We keep account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at admin@stillprayer.app. Some content stored locally on your device can be removed by deleting it in the App or by removing the App. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our lawful bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (to provide the App and the features and purchases you request); your consent (for example, for optional notifications or non-essential communications, which you may withdraw at any time); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App. Because our providers operate in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the EEA or UK; where this occurs we rely on appropriate safeguards.
