Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Still account and its associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@stillprayer.app from the email address associated with your Still account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will confirm and complete your deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address
• Your prayer session history, examens, and spiritual autobiography data
• Your saved preferences, Rule of Life, and journal entries
• Community submissions associated with your account

What is retained

• Purchase and subscription records are retained by Apple, Google, or our payment processors as required for financial and legal compliance. Subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.
• Anonymized, aggregate usage statistics that are not linked to your identity
